Summary0000002: Atomic-lib prompt-reading not good
DescriptionWhen sending hex file to Atom using atomic lib in perl the blocking read function is not working correctly. If timeout is set to low the timeout can occur before complete prompt is read, if timeout is set to high sending a hex file takes very long time since this timeout must be reached for each line in the hex file (reading promt for every hex line).

Maybe use new json-interface for sending hex/reprogramming.

This is done for reset and reprogramming, still need to fix set config.

Update jspipe interface and scripts for make setconfig, closing this since jspipe should work better than atomic interface
